Miley just came home from work, she was tired as ever. She got bored after a while so she called up Katerina her best friend and asked her to come over.

“Miley, if I could go back and change it I would.” Jake said as Miley nodded. “So do we just pick up from where we left off?” Jake asked.
“I don’t know Jake..” Miley sighed. “I mean.. It’s been five years. We both have changed a lot. We should just wait a while okay?” Miley smiled.
“Then why did you just do that?!” Jake yelled.
“Why are you shouting at me!” Miley replied. “I didn’t do anything!” She explained.
“What?” Jake chuckled. “Oh and keep smiling. Your smile is perfect.” Jake smiled looking deeply into Miley. He leaned over to Miley and kissed her.
Miley couldn’t help but kiss him back. She began to pull strands of his hair as if that would push his body closer to hers. “Get a room!” Screamed a little kid walking past. Miley quickly pulled away from Jake. “I’m sorry…” Jake said as his voice cracked. “No.. it’s okay.” Miley smiled.
“I would have offered for you to come in.. but seeing as we’re locked outside..” Jake laughed. He noticed Miley rummage through the flower pot. “Ta-da!” Miley laughed as she pulled out the spare key. “Howdyou know?” Jake asked shocked. “They always hide the spare key in the flower pot.” Miley laughed. “Next time I go to rob a place remind me to take you with me.” Jake chuckled amused. “Dyou wanna come in?” Jake smiled.
“Sure.” Miley smiled. They both walked into Jakes apartment. “Nice place you got here.” Miley nodded.
Jake twisted Miley so she stood right in front of him. “I’m so sorry Miley.” Jake said while his eyes began to water. “It’s okay.” Miley replied taking his hand. “I’ve missed you so much.”
There was something about Jakes accent that made Miley weak in the knees. “I missed you too,” Miley whispered against Jakes lips as her hands went around his neck.
Jake responded automatically to the soft pressure on his mouth, one arm snaking her waist to support her as the other fumbled with the front door of his apartment. As the door popped open Miley gasped a little, seeing as she had been pressed up against it, and clung tighter to Jake to keep from falling. He nudged her into the front hall, kicking the door shut behind him as he got back to kissing her. Her delicate fingers raked through Jakes hair and he accidently let out a throaty moan.
Miley couldn’t help but laugh at Jakes moan.“Sorry..” Jake laughed. “I just love it when you play with my hair.” He said before smashing his lips against hers. “I know.” Miley giggled.
Jake didn’t want to stop kissing her but the guilt was taking over his body. “We need to talk.” Jake said pulling away from Miley.
“You’re right.” Miley said fixing herself up. Jake took her hand and walked her over to the couch.
“Before you say anything, I just want to say that I really really am sorry.” Jake said rubbing her hand.
“I know you are, but what’s done is done.” Miley said with a relieved sigh. “You can’t change what’s happened.”
